Be an influencer

I am currently "masterminding" with a great group on the John Maxwell book, "Developing the Leader Within You 2.0" and having such a great experience!

Have you ever asked yourself, "Am I a leader?". If you are breathing, you are a leader as you undoubtedly have someone in your life you are leading. As a parent, we lead our children, as an employee, we lead our customers or peers. But the real question is... are you an effective leader? Leadership is nothing more than influence. We all have the opportunity to influence others every single day.  When you invest into someone else, you are influencing them in ways you may never know. Are you listening to them to uncover their needs? Are you trying to add value to them in some way? We can influence others in positive or negative ways.   

In the words of Zig Ziglar, “People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care". 

Take the time and instead of showing them how much you know, show them how much you care by being an influencer today.  I promise you will become a better leader in the process!
